Hidden away in Elmtree Ward is Clarke’s Lane Park. This open space includes a play area and sports court in its northern quadrant and an open “meadow” section.

New trees have also been planted in the western corner this year, with a variety of oak and fruit trees planted.  The trees will greatly increase the biodiversity and wildlife habitats in the park, and form part of Lowestoft Town Council’s commitment to planting and supporting nature.

The park is a popular destination for dog-walkers with its criss-crossing paths allowing local walkers to enjoy the open space.
